These environmentally protected Industrial Platinum RTDs are sealed in stainless steel. They outperform more costly traditional RTD assemblies over the –50°C to +260°C (–60°F to 500°F) temperature range. The construction assures time response twice as fast as traditional designs. The leadwire is stranded nickel plated copper with TFE Teflon® insulation. These all purpose probes are especially suitable for wet applications because the leadwire and sensor seal withstand immersion. 23A can be cut or bent to fit any application. Connection head covers are gasketed for NEMA 4 dust and moisture resistance.
